Kerry Hoke

Kerry founded Integritas Development out of a passion for developing wholehearted leaders who are learning to authentically live and lead from whole hearts and healthy souls. With more than 25 years experience stemming from a wide variety of professional and volunteer ministry roles, Kerry understands the toll that leadership and ministry can take on the human soul. Using a formational leadership framework, she helps leaders discover a way of living and leading that flows from the inside out.

A licensed pastor with the Brethren in Christ Church, Kerry holds a Master’s in Spiritual Formation & Leadership (Spring Arbor University) and a Certificate in Christian Spiritual Direction (PAX Center). She writes and speaks on topics related to leadership development, formational leadership, resilience, soul care, and Christian spiritual formation.

“Kerry provided an environment of learning which allowed our group to expand their knowledge and have their hearts transformed.”

“Kerry is a powerful communicator and easily connected with each person in our group. She invites participants to explore their own thinking and expectations through effective questions. I look forward to Kerry's future engagement with our team.”
