What's lacking is content that shapes leaders' souls and offers them the space and tools to develop an inner life that is the foundation for lasting influence and impact.
Kerry is driven by a passion to provide safe space for leaders to begin engaging their leadership from healthy souls, equipping leaders with tools and practices that produce the kind of wholehearted leader who lives and leads from deep wells of inner strength.
Services include formational coaching, spiritual direction, mentoring, group facilitation, and retreats with a particular focus on leaders in non-profit and church contexts.

Formational Leadership Coaching focuses on the leader’s inner life and soul. Sessions are client-oriented, and the coach’s priority is
1) to direct client’s focus inward,
2) to help the client consider the soul in light of his/her leadership context,
3) to assist client in developing God-awareness and self-awareness, and
4) to offer tools to strengthen the client’s soul and its connection to the client’s leadership.

Spiritual direction is a relational, listening practice in which a trained director helps a directee discern God’s movements in the context of his/her life. Together, the director and directee create hospitable space to pay attention and respond to God’s presence and invitations.
Sessions occur no more than monthly for an hour and focus on the directee’s relationship with God and God’s activity in his/her life.
Spiritual direction is for anyone longing for more of God, for a deeper experience of his active, loving presence, and for a way to live from that overflow.

Mentoring is an intentional relationship between a seasoned ministry professional and one who is less experienced.
Sessions are client-oriented, focusing on the client's growth in a particular ministry role and context. Emphasis is placed on the client's soul and spiritual formation practices that facilitate the client’s growth in becoming the kind of ministry leader that can have lasting impact.

Kerry is a seasoned facilitator and enjoys working with groups around themes of leadership, soul care, and spiritual formation.
Some of her workshops include The Enneagram and Spiritual Development, Building Resilience, Lead Like a Coach, and Soul Care for Leaders. Fees vary.
